My experience was disappointing from start to finish. The queen room was not cleaned properly. I found hairs on the pillows and stains on the sheets. The bathroom had a pungent smell, and I was given old towels with visible stains. There was no effort from the staff to address these issues or to provide housekeeping during my three-night stay.

The Queen Room was pretty decent. I was happy with the working air conditioning and it had a mini fridge and microwave, which is super handy. There were comfy chairs, although one was a bit torn. The TV and WiFi worked well, and I liked the outlets on both sides of the bed. The bathroom had free soap, shampoo, and lotion. No hangers in the closet, though, which was a bit of a bummer.

But hold up! The area felt a little sketchy with those homeless folks around, even if they left us alone. The thin walls? No thanks! A little more soundproofing wouldn't hurt, right?

The room had air conditioning, a mini fridge, microwave, and tons of outlets near the bed for charging devices. The private bathroom was decent. I really liked having a flat-screen TV and cable channels available too. Free parking was a plus, but the area felt a bit sketchy. Still, it was cheap for Los Angeles!
